1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of limelo.co.za and the services of Limelo Solutions (Pty) Ltd. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

2. Services

Limelo provides IT project management consulting, AI consulting and integration, IT infrastructure delivery, hardware procurement, and field support services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed per written quote or service agreement.

3. Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Unless agreed otherwise, once-off work requires a 50% deposit with the balance due on completion.
Monthly services are billed in advance and payable within 7 days of invoice.

4. Intellectual property

Work delivered to a client transfers to the client on full payment, excluding third-party licences and Limelo's pre-existing tools and methods.

5. Liability

The website and its content are provided in good faith for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limelo's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
